Hot Wings

Crispy hot wings, using methods from two internet folks:

Ingredients

Wings

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil

Sauce

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced fine
  • 4 tbsp hot sauce

Directions

Prep

  • Pat wings dry with paper towel.
  • Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  • Toss wings to coat.
  • Refrigerate uncovered 4 hours to overnight.

Air Fry

  • Toss wings in oil or spray to coat.
  • 250°F 20 min
  • Cool 15 minutes
  • 400°F 8-10 min

Sauce

  • Mix sauce and melted butter.
  • Toss wings to coat.
