Hot Wings
Crispy hot wings, using methods from two internet folks:
Ingredients
Wings
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
Sauce
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced fine
- 4 tbsp hot sauce
Directions
Prep
- Pat wings dry with paper towel.
- Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
- Toss wings to coat.
- Refrigerate uncovered 4 hours to overnight.
Air Fry
- Toss wings in oil or spray to coat.
- 250°F 20 min
- Cool 15 minutes
- 400°F 8-10 min
Sauce
- Mix sauce and melted butter.
- Toss wings to coat.
